HRO Recruitment is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role: IT Recruiter Cracow Key Accountabilities • Coordinating work load to agencies getting weekly updates giving them information on the roles • Sending CVs to reviewers, scheduling interviews, chasing for feedback off Hiring Managers, giving feedback to agencies/ or providing myself if internal/ referrals • Liaising with HR on sending assessments, formally offering, sending all info to HR for on boarding • Answering queries from both clients, agencies and candidates • Working to tight deadlines • Client Management • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting Requirements: • Experience in IT recruitment is a must, minimum 2 years • Knowledge of banking industry with a main focus on Investment Baking profiles will be an asset • Practical knowledge of innovative sourcing strategies • Experience in interacting with multiple vendors/stakeholders • Excellent communication skills – fluent English • Ability to manage a complex workload • Being comfortable with learning new things We offer: • Stable job in professional team • Interesting path of career in an international organization • Consistent scope of responsibilities • Private health care, employees’ benefits
